I can enthusiastically recommend Mark Watkins. In the spring of 2017, I needed to sell my mother's home in the Northwest side of Chicago. Mark, with his partner Joe Summerville, listed the house, and I was very happy with how the sale went. When I began interviewing potential real estate agents, almost all wanted to list the house for a low price, about the value of the lot, and sell it quickly, most likely to someone who would flip the house. Although the house is over 100 years old and had some deferred maintenance, Mark and Joe wanted to list it at a fair-market price. Mark did a great job marketing the house on line and showing it. He put together a virtual tour and was present anytime the house was being shown. Because of Mark's efforts, the house ended up selling for $23,000 more than the asking price. The final price was $70,000 to $100,000 more than what other agents had suggested listing the house. Mark was a great help throughout the sale. He was easy to contact and always able to meet me when needed. In a pinch, he even helped me move a dresser. I was impressed by his honesty and willingness to work hard to make the sale a success.
